**Field Manager**:
**Overview**:
The Field Manager is responsible for the day to day support of canvassers. This position reports to the Canvass Director. This is a full time, temporary position through Election Day 2024. Monthly pay begins at $3500 depending on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train, coach, shadow, and debrief canvassers
- Canvass
- Track individual canvasser performance and implement performance metrics and improvement plans to ensure overall field goals are on track
- Provide daily reports to the Office Director to inform turf selection and script revisions
- Transport canvassers to and from turf on schedule
- Distribute and collect walk packets

**Qualifications**:

- At least one cycle of door to door canvass experience on an issue or electoral campaign
- Good attitude and ability to train and support a team
- Reliable daily access to transportation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a 15 passenger vehicle
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Prince George’s County and Baltimore City
