The Client Care Coordinators in our office, are laser focused on one thing - taking immaculate care of our clients A typical day would include care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/CAREGiver introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. We use a personal approach to determine each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create individualized service plans. We continuously evaluate the care plans through ongoing communication and home visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention. We are also responsible for overseeing all functions performed by the CAREGivers.

This position will require strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong background of building and maintaining relationships with others, the ability to stay organized and properly plan your day/week/monthly schedules for home visits. This position is critical for the overall wellbeing of our clients, and the client care team takes great pride in that - you will need to be able to not only recognize potential issues, but be able to address them and create plans to ensure health standards are being met.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
