JOB DESCRIPTION:
Substitute Teacher positions are on an as needed basis.
Substitute Teacher select jobs in Frontline based on their own availability and APS need.
Substitute positions are in person & virtual based on the need of an individual school.
- **APS cannot guarantee assignment availability.**
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sign up and complete 22 substitute jobs per year.Safety and Security of students is the number one priority.Showing up on time to an assignment, in person or virtual.Staying the entirety of the sub job that you signed up for.Ensure students do not lose a day of learning by completing the teacher's instructions provided.Partner with the main office if no plans are provided, to ensure students do not lose a day of learning.If a sub signs up for a virtual job, please have your own computer and reliable internet access. - EXPERIENCE:
- No experience needed, please see qualification requirements.Self-paced online training will be provided via Frontline Professional Growth after onboarding and orientation for substitute classroom management, virtual learning, etc. - QUALIFICATIONS:
- **Required Copy of Official/Unofficial College Transcripts with at least 30 credits **(for consideration for substitute teacher)
- **Recommended Two letters of Recommendation/Reference **(professional or personal letters)
