**Job Title**:Payroll Administrator/Analyst**
**Job Summary**:
The main responsibility of this position is to ensure all employees are paid to their weekly rate, on the date specified by their employee agreement.
**Knowledge of Payroll processing software and Microsoft Excel are essential and a must**
**Responsibilities**:
- Process weekly payroll
- Create specialized reporting for Controller
- Prepare weekly budget reports by providing payroll information to authorized personal in a summary format
- Create specialized reporting for ACA requirements
- Report on any increased overtime trends
- Report on any payroll discrepancies
- Create productivity reports by providing hour information by employee or department to calculate output and creating of KPI’s
- Approval of all sick, vacation, personal days, and optional holidays
- Provide analysis on time off by employee, department
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
**Job Type**: Part-time
