The job requires the ability to run high speed packaging equipment (fillers, labelers, palletizers, depalletizers, banders, bottle sorters, box formers), operate forklifts, make machinery adjustments, perform inventory counts, and receive/put away materials. You also need to perform multiple tasks and ensure your work areas kept clean and organized in addition to performing quality checks multiple times throughout the shift.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Operation of manual packaging equipment including lifting cardboard and maintaining equipment. Performing weight checks and quality control on labels, bottles, and corrugate.
- Operation of forklifts, receiving materials, and putting them in the correct location.
- Operation of high-speed packaging equipment to include machine adjustments and automated fillers.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by Team Leads or Supervisors.
- Cleaning of your work areas, straightening, and organizing for the next shift.
- Requires manual lifting of up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the shift.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

**What You’ll Need**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer 5 years in a manufacturing environment with packaging knowledge
- Forklift experience
- Ability to walk, bend, climb, stoop, some periodic lifting
- ** Ability to work 5pm - 5am on a Pitman Schedule**:

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
