About the team
This role is a 12-month temporary assignment and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.
Responsibilities
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques).
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent coordination experience in a high volume environment (preferred search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
- Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums
- Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and offering
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $26- $35.

In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
**Our time off and leave plans are**: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
