**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately
- Manage reservations and room assignments effectively, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Uphold Best Western's brand standards and values, delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Gather more information from guests such as Company Name or reason for staying. (Helps with sales)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (REQUIRED)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills and experience with hotel management software is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.

Work schedule varies and may include working holidays and weekends.

There will be NO SITTING down while engaging with guest. Employees should give guests their full attention professionaly. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY as hours can defer.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
