Job Summary:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all raw products are scanned in properly and the codes, dates and lot numbers are double-checked.
- Ensure that dairy and frozen products are stored in their proper place.
- Ensure that all received products are allocated to the correct racks.
- Ensure all items are scanned in the ERP system to ensure proper inventory levels.
- Monitor cooler and freezer temperatures.
- Monitor, test and probe trucks temperatures and cleanliness.
- Monitor, test and probe goods before accepting the product into the warehouse.
- Prepare monthly raw goods inventory for the cooler, freezer and dry areas.
- Ensure all raw products are properly stored in the warehouse.
- Ensure that all areas are being cleaned daily and trash removed. This includes all equipment required to carry out the receiving and shipping duties.
- Ensure that the Nuovo GMP and HACCP plans are followed daily. Report to the Plant Director any problems that compromise product Safety.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Experience with ERP a plus.
- Ability to work second shift 2pm-10pm.
- Team player.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
