- Assemble, review, and verify vendor invoices
- Sort and code invoices
- Correspond with vendors regarding inquiries and discrepancies
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Maintain vendor accounts
- Prepare check runs
- Filing
- Answer phones
- Sort incoming USPS mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Misc. tasks as needed
- **Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable
- Accurate and reliable in handling documents
- Proficient in data entry and attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Work independently
- Sage / Timberline and Aspire software knowledge a plus but not required
- Experience with landscape and construction is a plus but not required
