6:00pm-6:30am Sunday/Friday/Saturday - Sunday/Thursday/Saturday - 2 west

**Starting Pay**:
**LPN - $26.35-$31.85 DOE**

**RN - $34.35-$39.85 DOE**

**Our staffing ratio for the Day shift is 1:10 on the 2nd floor (skilled) and 1:16 on the 3rd floor (LTC)**

**Our staffing ratio for the NOC shift is 1:16 on the 2nd floor (skilled) and 1:32 on the 3rd floor (LTC)**

**Summary**:Plans organizes, and assists in the provision of direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures. Orients, instructs, and supervises personnel, reports any changes in resident condition or any unusual situations to the Nursing Supervisor. Assumes responsibility for his/her continued self-development in order to help plan and provide quality resident care.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long term care settings.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:

- Current RN license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
- Health Care Provider CPR, required.
- Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
