Seeking an experienced general remodeler

As a general remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of remodeling tasks

flooring laminate,tile & vinyl

drywall all levels & textures

minor electrical breakers & install fixtures

minor plumbing sinks, shower valves,diagnose & repair clogs run new plumbing, shower & tub installation & moving drains

painting interior & exterior residential homes, be able to use sprayer as well as knowledge of brush &
Roll.

Water heater installation removal and diagnose issues

Carpentry

You will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, electrical, minor plumbing, drywall and painting.
- Measure and cut materials to size.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean job sites.
- Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in general remodeling.
- Knowledge of carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, drywall and painting.
- Ability to measure and cut materials to size.
- Ability to install and

fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Reliable transportation must have truck, van or trailer you will be required to pick up materials time to time.**
