**Duties and Responsibilities**

n Provide project planning and implementation support for new business systems implementations and upgrades.

n Provide leadership, insight and planning for new business systems and tools to improve member amenity experience.

n Respond to management and staff to troubleshoot system issues, diagnose and repair desktop system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maximize user and system efficiency and performance.

n Stay informed and advise supervisor, operations managers, and employees of required business system upgrades and technology changes.

n Coordinate with the third-party network administrator and vendors on projects, troubleshooting, analysis, training, and implementations.

n Support the acquisition, implementation and training of staff on business systems, software, hardware, and related peripherals.

n Provide on site end user support as needed for business systems hardware in coordination with third party network support firm.

n Maintain logs of staff queries, problems and solutions for future reference and for analysis of trends and underlying issues.

n Prepare and maintain ongoing activity reports and KPIs, tracking progress towards goals and business systems analytics.

n Respond to staff and member issues or inquiries regarding business systems that members use including visitor management software and the LOWA Website.

**Education/Skills Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline such as economics, finance, accounting, or mathematics or two-year degree in these areas with sufficient experience to perform the requirements of the position.

**Work Schedule Description**: (List typical working hours; include anything unusual about the work schedule, terms of the employment, worksite changes, etc.)

The position is Full-Time Hourly and expected to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Occasionally, it may be necessary to work before or beyond these open hours for items better handled when users are not in the system such as resolution of issues and supporting implementations/upgrades.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
