**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and assist PI in the planning and design of research projects that investigate the impact of aging with chronic infectious diseases.
- Conduct fundamental laboratory components and procedures.
- Engage with members of the lab in data collection and analyze research findings, judging validity and reliability of data, and produce written reports on the result of the analysis.
- Identify and recommend solutions to scientific problems relating to immunology experiments.
- Participate in scheduled group meetings.
- Assist with laboratory management including organization, upkeep, and procurement of laboratory tools and materials related to immunology research.
- Comply with and address administrative inquiries concerning regulatory guidelines and protocols.
- Contribute to or author articles in peer-reviewed journals, books, or chapters.
- Communicate scientific findings by participating in or presenting at conferences.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- One (1) year of relevant work experience required.
