The Customer Service Representative provides friendly and highly responsive service to customers from initial inquiry through trip completion and beyond. Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations for potential customers and follow up as needed to book business.
- Create work tickets/itineraries.
- Maintain contact with customer to ensure accurate booking details.
- Prepare & distribute invoices to customers.
- Maintain accurate records in DATTCO charter booking software.
- Manage accounts receivable.

**Requirements**:

- High school degree or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Planning and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and customer focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to become proficient with our software used for quoting, selling and dispatching charter trips
- Team player
