Depending on experience, you earn **$22.00 - $26.00/hour**. The longer you stay with us, good job performance, and session attendance the more you can make through **bonuses** and **pay increases **We can't forget about our **wonderful benefits and perks** which include:

**OUR IDEAL APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS (ABA) TECHNICIAN**

Here are the minimum requirements for this role:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Heart for working with children and people with autism
- Willingness to travel to client homes
- Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
- Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs

Every day as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician provides new chances to make a meaningful difference for our clients and their families. You perform quality in-home therapy services, working directly with the children at their own pace. With a patient and calm demeanor, you help clients overcome challenges and meet their individual goals. You also record data and document your progress to help ensure we're providing the most effective services possible.
