**Required Qualifications**:

- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of general account and reconciliation practices with experience managing cost control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze copious and complex financial data, including control, monitoring, and assignment of costs in a project-oriented office.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and focus on compliance with ability to manage 80-100 program projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word with ability to design and use complex budgeting tools and pricing models.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to provide information to a wide & varied audience internally & externally (domestic and abroad).
- Possess a valid (or be able to secure a) U.S. passport.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team member.
- Patience, creativity, and willingness to embrace role as an educator.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in group travel costing.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Working knowledge of UW System and DOA financial, travel, and procurement policies.
- Experience as a study abroad participant or familial caregiver to a study abroad participant.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Weekly schedule:

- Monday to Friday
