**Responsibilities**:

- Proven management experience (food services or hospitality only)
- Job tenure must average 2 years with current or recent employers
- Food cost and ordering management
- Inventory management, audits, safety and quality
- Food preparation
- Able to coordinate and manage repairs
- Execute scheduling of employees
- HR responsibilities and people management
- Manage facilities and equipment maintenance
- Manages and maintains safe working conditions
- Supervise, execute and coordinate all culinary activities
- Interview and recommend applicants for selection in hiring
- Pleasant, respectful, communicative and approachable demeanor
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly summaries
- Lead your team with empathy, fairness, and clear direction while building teamwork
- Manage store’s profitability
- Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests and concerns

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
- Passionate about the mission and growth of Greenbar
- Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- High standards of visual aesthetic and presentation
- Very detailed oriented and organized
- Understanding of a start-up culture and wearing multiple hats
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Possess strongly developed leadership and communication skills
- POS and back-office computer skills (Clover, 7shifts, Google Suite, Microsoft Office);
- Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food, and labor cost controls.
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Greenbar operations
- Open availability to properly ramp up and support the business
- Fast casual, fast food Industry and/or restaurant
- Mentoring and developing team members
- Willingness to learn and grow with in a growing business
- Comfortable creating and implementing SOPs
- Food handlers license
