This full-time supervisory position is responsible for overseeing field personnel and making supervisory level decisions within the established procedures and policies
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintains and utilizes knowledge of company policies and procedures, protocols, and Standards of Operation as well as local, state, and federal regulations that govern EMS
- Assists with reviewing the work of the EMT's and Paramedics
- Makes critical decisions based upon objective findings and established guidelines
- Provides guidance, leadership, and direction to crews as needed
- Cooperates with other members of management to minimize issues, correct staffing or scheduling issues and work to continuously improve service
- Provides consistent, high quality patient care and transport per Windsor EMS standards, protocols, and accepted local and national guidelines
- Ensure that all station calls are completed in a safe and efficient manner
- Running calls as needed
- Verifies that units are clean, stocked, and in good working order and that the building and grounds are clean and well kept
- First responding to 911 Calls
- Ensure that all patient care and report documentation are completed within the specified time frame
- Displays professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and competency with patients, their families, the public or agencies, co-workers and management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and members of the EMS/medical community
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, contractual agreements, and established operational and safety policies and procedures
- Assists in conducting field training
- Provides feedback to management for and to assist with development and implementation of programs designed to improve working conditions, patient care, and system performance
- Complete daily and monthly report as required
- Maintains currency of all required certifications and licenses; maintains and improves EMS leadership skills by attending classes and seminars

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
