Procurement Clerk II

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that items and services are purchased by specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions
- Seeks maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements
- Interacts with departmental management and staff to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
- Maintains and updates pricing and catalogs for the company on all vendors as directed by the Procurement Specialist.
- Monitors inventory control systems, communicates shortages, and ensures inventory is stocked and purchase order can be fulfilled.
- Processes damaged, missing, and unacceptable goods to remain fiscally responsible.

Minimum Education & Experience Required
- Undergraduate Degree in supply chain, related field or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing and/or procurement is preferred.
- Must be able to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid AZ Driver’s License in good standing
- Must have clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
