**Giants Summer Camps Softball Coach**

**San Francisco Giants Camps** is looking to hire seasonal **Summer Camp Softball Coaches** in the Bay Area to make a three to ten week commitment to make a positive difference in the lives of our youth while developing in them a love for the game and the San Francisco Giants. **We are looking for Summer Camp Softball Counselors who**:

- Have experience working with children ages 4-13
- Have a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way
- Are able to connect with children both one-on-one and in a group setting
- Are dependable and reliable; and can commit to working Monday through Friday throughout the summer

**Core Responsibilities as a Summer Camp Softball Counselor**:

- Ensure a safe camp environment for all seasonal summer camp kids
- Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
- Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
- Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Giants Baseball and Softball Camps stellar reputation

**Qualifications for all Summer Camp Softball Counselors**:

- Be prepared to make a commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a minimum 3-5 week commitment
- Our Summer Camps run every week from June 10, 2024 to August 16, 2024
- Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
- Be able to pass a background and reference screening upon hire
- Pay is based on skill level and experience

Are you able to connect with children both one-on-one and in a group setting? Do you lead by example and demonstrate strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude? Are you dependable and reliable? Do you know how to have a lot of fun? If yes, you might just be perfect for this temporary softball coaching position

**Work Schedule for a Summer Camp Softball Counselor**:
This seasonal and temporary softball coaching position is approximately **eight hours per day**. The weekly schedule is **8:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Monday - Friday. ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?**
