We are looking for people with:

- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative experience and attention to details
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop relationships with onboarding Providers and clients through warm and confident service.
- Act as the primary point of contact and Supervisor to a team of Providers.
- Address client inquiries and concerns during the onboarding process and thereafter.
- Manage administrative tasks such as compliance projects, and employee data entry.
- Maintain personnel files including new hire paperwork, certificates, and records.
- Use proprietary software, which we will train you to use.
- Accuracy, proficiency and strong work ethic.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year accounts management, or customer service experience ideal, though not required.
- Strong phone skills and customer service experience.
- Positive demeanor and a desire to meet goals and targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, computer, and inventory skills, and a capacity to maintain a strong attention to detail.
- Pro-actively problem-solve and seek ongoing opportunities for growth
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity
