**We are seeking for a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers in our store located in Woodbridge, VA.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet sales goals by providing exceptional customer service;
- Provide accurate information about products and sales trends;
- Process customer orders in a timely manner;
- Assist customers with their purchases;
- Provide prompt, accurate service to customers and answer questions about products; and
- Serve as a point of contact for quality control issues and communicate them effectively.
- Unload boxes and inventory management;
- Cleaning whenever required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A positive attitude and desire to learn;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong verbal communication skills; and
- Must be able to work at the level of skillful performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Assume store leadership responsibility in the absence of store management.

If no experience in retail clothing, then we require a 2 week trial period at $12/hr, and if you fit the position the pay will be increased accordingly from there.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,900.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 55 - 70 per week
