Duties:

- Sign students into our software system and direct them to their classes.
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for daycare and preschool children.
- Provide care and support to toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans that promote learning and development.
Assist in behavior management and redirection techniques to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
