**Lifestyle Concierge Job Description (Part-Time)**

**Sunterra | Katy, TX**

**JOB SUMMARY**:We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented and enthusiastic Lifestyle Concierge to support amenity center operations & the events and activities at Sunterra. This position will support the Sunterra lifestyle team by welcoming, touring prospective residents, execution of lifestyle events, and supporting existing residents in all aspects of Sunterra life. This position would report to the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Open, maintain, and close the Sunterra amenity center as needed according to procedures
- Greet residents and guests upon arrival and direct them residents to group outings/activities or connect when necessary
- Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment at OnPlace and those of the Sunterra community.
- Support in the execution of the programs and activities as designed by the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Communicate activities to provide up-to-date information to guests.
- Assist with maintaining registration and reporting of resident events and activities.
- Welcome, tour and educate prospective residents on community, amenities and community programming.
- Assist in the maintenance of community documents including marketing collateral, welcome packets, visitor tracking amenity signage etc., as directed by onsite team.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event needs, support audio/video required activities.
- Support in miscellaneous administrative tasks of the Sunterra Lifestyle & Management team as needed.
- Oversee mail, shipping, and general back-office administration.
- Provide shift reports outlining daily tasks and inquiries.
- Assist residents and the lifestyle team with community mobile app if necessary.
- Other duties as they may be assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality, real estate or retail environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary
- Ability to frequently sit/stand/walk most of the day
- Light lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds may be needed
