**Join Our Team and Embark on a Meaningful Journey**

**What You'll Do**:

- Welcome clients warmly as they arrive, efficiently check them in, and promptly notify clinicians of their presence.
- Manage patient flow seamlessly, as well as open and close the office diligently.
- Maintain meticulous records by entering demographic data, filing, and organizing clinic information.
- Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming sessions, and manage no-shows and cancellations with a proactive approach.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A commitment to education, with some college hours completed; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
- A wealth of experience, with at least 5 years in clerical roles and 2 years specifically within a healthcare office setting.
- A readiness to commit to at least one year with our dedicated team.
- Flexibility to travel between our Spring and Cypress locations as needed.
