**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
- Determine product demand and customer awareness
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Understand and guide efforts in graphic design as well as website creation and maintenance
- Drive organizations brand strategy, including assistance with possibly redefining and reimagining the organizations current brand strategy to ensure that it is properly aligned with the organizations strategic plan

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in business, communications, or related fields
- 5+ years proven experience in marketing director role
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Network marketing and ecommerce marketing experience is a must
