**ABOUT HOMES FOR THE HOMELESS, INC.**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and update digital and physical records of all families as required by governing agencies.
- Collaborate with clients to develop service plans based on an assessment of each family’s needs.
- Assist families with connecting to community resources, support groups, and cultural services to provide social support.
- Assisting families with referrals to outside agencies for legal services, education, parenting, medical, and mental health services.
- Maintain and update case files bi-weekly to document progress.
- Adhere to all city and state guidelines for maintaining documents.
- Conducts unit inspections.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree.
- Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

**SALARY**:
$45,000 - $50,000
