Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive/Accounts Receivable Administrator at Lustig Automotive Holdings in Westminster, California. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Automotive/Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and performing administrative tasks related to the dealership's financial operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Automotive/Accounts Receivable Administrator position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $22 per hour, paid twice a month. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) options.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and follow up on past due accounts, communicating with customers to collect payment
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports on accounts receivable status to management
- Assist with the
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any billing inquiries or disputes
- Manage dealership's cash flow by processing and depositing payments in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or similar role, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of basic financial reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
