**Essential Functions**:
- Be physically and psychologically able to actively and safely supervise groups of emotionally and behaviorally challenged adolescents.
- Provide leadership to and effectively manage the work of Youth Care Workers.
- Work cooperatively and effectively and communicate with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Implement the policies and practices of SFSV, DPW and DHS regulations and HIPAA as they pertain to the effective operation of residential group homes.
- Ability to safely operate a 10 passenger school vehicle.
- Maintain insurability for driving with the Archdiocesan Insurance Office.
