Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Present treatment plans
- Ability to verify insurance information
- Schedule patients and maintain an efficient schedule
- Cheerful attitude

Requirements to be considered:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the dental profession
- Excellent communication/correspondence skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Professional demeanor with positive, optimistic, can-do attitude

Preferred experience, but not required - willing to train if meet all above qualifications:

- Dental professional environment
- Knowledge of dental office day-to-day operations
- Eaglesoft software

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
