**Summary**

This position has responsibility for the creation and maintenance of Sales and Marketing tools, working in conjunction with the Project Manager and Field Sales Manager. This individual will help maintain and improve the company’s internal website, online ordering website and the company’s sales catalog.

**Essential Functions**

The Marketing Support Specialist will become involved in a variety of tasks that will support internal and external sales efforts. These include but are not limited to:

- Timely completion of sales and marketing literature, as directed by, in conjunction with, the Sales Team.
- Coordination of the production of the company catalog, as well as maintaining a record of catalog changes.
- Creation of promotional items i.e. sell sheets, order forms, trade show materials and brochures
- Communication with other H+K Divisions and field Market Managers H+K Resupply portion of the H+K internal company newsletter
- Liaison between H+K Resupply and marketing materials vendors
- Maintain and execute promotional calendar
- Monthly creation of companies' message on hold
- Maintenance and improvement of company web tools and electronic marketing.
- Intranet maintenance - new product information, order forms, administrative tools, etc.

**Requirements**:

Pay: $21.38 - $25.75 per hour
