- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage project resource allocation and timeline.
- Manage project budget.
- Constantly monitor and report as needed on project progress, problems and solutions.
- Coordinate meetings with owners, customers, utilities, and engineers.
- Prepare Estimates, Change Orders and RFI’s.
- Scheduling and coordination of sub-contracts.
- Procurement of project materials within project forecasted budget.

**Skills Needed**:

- 3 to 8 years of electrical construction with demonstrated experience in the industrial market.
- Experience with Industrial/Water Treatment process instrumentation.
- Must be experienced with construction documentation and contract administration.
- Experienced with using project scheduling software.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret project drawings, electrical drawings and process control drawings.
- Ability to interface with internal & external customers as well as peers.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook and Word).
- Must be a highly motivated individual with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also needed.

**Desired Skills**:

- Prior experience as an industrial or commercial electrical.
- Degree in construction management or engineering.
- Industrial process instrument technician experience.
- AutoCAD experience estimating electrical projects.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
