**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment such as the layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc.
- Perform administrative work such as typing, filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and assists with the preparation of correspondence.
- Assist with all benefit related matters including entering and terminating benefits and reconciling benefit invoices.
- Assist with all payrolls related matters using payroll software of ADP WFN with heavy data entering.
- Provide support for the administration of the 401K program
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating sick, vacation and other PTO
- Manage and calculate taxes and deductions and benefits
- Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
- Respond to questions regarding payroll and benefits from employees and upper management, as necessary.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll or benefits
- Prepare and submit reports

**Skills & Requirements**
- 2-3 years of proven experience as payroll clerk or payroll or benefits administrator

Familiarity with general accounting principles a plus

Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality

Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations

Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving

Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree in human resources or accounting/business administration is a plus

Must consent to a pre-employment Background screen.
