As the Manager of Administrative Services, you will oversee and coordinate administrative assistants working in various departments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Manage a team of Administrative Assistants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.

- Handle personnel issues by providing feedback, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Continuously assess and improve administrative processes to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.

- Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the administrative support team.

- Handle conflicts and challenging personalities within the team professionally and efficiently.
