**HR Staffing Specialist**

**Summary**

The HR Staffing Specialist has the responsibility for serving leadership and employees at Jinko Jacksonville location handling all aspects of staffing activities including recruitment and selection, onboarding, staffing services management, HR system maintenance, and HR data reporting.

**Essential Duties/Accountabilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Represent the company positively and professionally during recruitment events and job fairs.
- Indirectly manage staffing service providers through KPIs monitoring, communication with staffing agency managers, and performance review from time to time.
- Review and submit staffing services and other vendor invoices as needed.
- Generate and updated periodic HR HC reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the administration and communication of benefits programs and coordinate the annual open enrollment process.
- Take initiative to identify and anticipate internal client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
- Promote Jinko culture in all communications and orientations.
- Perform other duties or projects that are assigned.
- ** No **direct **supervisory responsibilities**; may indirectly supervise staffing service vendors**

**Work Environment**
- This is a 100% onsite role that will require no more than 10% travel.
- While performing the duties of this position, employee may work in offices and other warehouse/storeroom environments on occasion.

**Physical Demands**
- Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.

**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience in ADP workforcenow or ATS is preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years in progressive HR duties and responsibilities.
- Four-year post-secondary degree in business, psychology, human resources or other related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.
