The State College Area School District is searching for a Secretary at Gray's Woods Elementary School. The Gray's Woods Secretary works with students, parents, and visitors. Responsibilities include the management of the Principal's calendar and meeting schedule; all school-related budget processes; coordination of building communications; and, management of difficult situations with skill, patience, and diplomacy.
Experience in a secretarial, accounting, or administrative assistant position is required. Experience in public education and/or completion of an accredited secretarial and/or accounting training program is preferred.
