**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate technician.
- Answer incoming calls, text messages, and Instagram messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception & front of salon area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure that all clients leave the salon satisfied with their service.
- Educate clients on the service they need to book.
- Post Instagram stories, reels, and posts.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
