We are seeking kindhearted, energetic **Caregivers **who have a genuine desire to help seniors. The purpose of the Caregiver position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents. Join our team of dedicated Caregivers today

**Available schedules: Currently hiring a Caregiver to work a double shift on weekends and one PRN.**
- Saturday: 2:00pm-6:00am (double shift)
- Sunday: 2:00pm-6:00am (double shift)
- Hiring one PRN.

**What we offer**:

- $500 Sign-On Bonus offered to Full-Time Caregivers.
- **Previous experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role is not required.**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Document care provided and report any changes in resident's condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform welfare checks on residents.
- Document and report care provided and resident observations.
- Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

**Note**:This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care.

**Certificates required or must obtain once hired**:

- Current CPR and First Aid certification; If not certified, we will cover your training cost.
- Current Negative TB test; We offer TB Testing at no cost to you.

**Bonus**:$500 Sign-On Bonus offered to Full-Time positions.
