This position serves as Research Administration’s liaison for centralized administrative budgeting, contracting, and project development services for national research projects and is responsible for carrying out a range of professional research administration duties and analysis assignments. This position performs project development processes, contracting, invoice payment tracking, invoice review processes, financial record keeping and monitoring, and closing out of project processes in Research Administration. This position conducts analysis duties in Research Administration in such areas as the Transportation Pooled Fund (TPF) Program, University Transportation Center Program, the Centers of Excellence efforts, Data Sharing Agreements (DSA), and other research project related information.

Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.

**Additional Requirements and Information**:
Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
