**Position**: Business Development Representative (BDR)

**Salary**: $45,000 annual salary with performance-based bonuses

**Work Schedule**: Monday-Friday (Full Time In-Office)

**About Us**:
GSC On Site Services specializes in empowering mid-market to enterprise size companies to adopt a comprehensive injury prevention program, boosting plant safety, employee retention, productivity, quality control, and resulting in a positive return on investment for our customers. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact through proactive outreach and effective communication of our value proposition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate quality introductory appointments for GSC senior management by making outbound calls to US Manufacturers and other business sectors.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of GSC's injury prevention solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using our HubSpot CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior management in a weekly meeting to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

**Career Progression**:
This role is your gateway to a successful sales career. Begin as a BDR, where you'll hone your skills in lead generation, cold calling and appointment setting. Over time, advance to an Account Manager, mastering the art of closing deals and nurturing customer relationships. **Requirements**:

- BA or BS in Business or Marketing/Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in an office setting, Monday through Friday
