Job Summary:
We are looking for an employee that is looking for a long term career. Answering phones, scheduling service calls for clients, communicating with technicians, entering customer information into our system, and other tasks which will be explained on the interview. Paid training with a family owned company since 1991.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
