**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst**

**Job Summary**:
Good Feet is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our FP&A team. The Financial Analyst will us understand our business and advise the company to support our growth plans. You will help us by analyzing past financial performance to predict future performance. This role reports to the FP&A Sr. Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support key stakeholders across different business units in producing critical financial data, data analysis, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the company’s performance to business leaders.
- Identify relevant KPIs and develop methodology for reporting on a relevant basis.
- Perform monthly income statement and balance sheet vs. budget variance analysis. Investigate and report any inconsistencies.
- Prepare rolling forecasts of financial performance with variance analysis against budget.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
- Analyze industry trends and make recommendations based on findings.
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
- Document financial systems mapping.
- Ad-hoc financial analyses and projects, including but not limited to ROI and CapEx analyses
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity
- Collaborative teammate who is able to work in a fast-paced team environment, with the ability to work independently as well as partner

with individuals across the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office suite of tools, including advanced MS Excel skills required
- Knowledge and prior experience with ERP systems required
- Prior experience with NetSuite preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Tableau preferred
- Prior experience in retail industry, specifically large enterprise and luxury goods preferred
- Prior experience with franchisees preferred
- Thorough understanding of methods of analyses and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis
- Thorough understanding of project management, including strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to

detail
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities - ability to prioritize work, problem solve and meet deadlines

**Supervisory Responsibility**:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

**Work Environment**:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones.
