The position of **RN Clinical Risk Management Nurse **provides consultation, guidance, support, research, and analysis related to Clinical Risk Management for multiple long-term care center administrative teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Maryland.
- 5+ years of nursing supervisory experience, preferably in a Long Term Care setting, plus management training.
- Knowledge of appropriate and current documentation practices related to risk management.
- Ability to analyze complex clinical situations and appropriately address situations relating to people and conflict. Ability to provide a calming and professional influence in difficult situations.
- Ability to make independent judgment with close attention to complete analysis and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain and respect professional and legal confidences.
- Computer literacy.
- Must maintain current CPR certification
