South Mountain Community College (SMCC) reflects the diversity of the surrounding community, a rich mix of rural, urban, and suburban neighborhoods. **Job Summary**:
South Mountain Community College is hiring a Head Athletic Coach for Softball
This position will be responsible for the operations of an NJCAA intercollegiate athletic (Softball) program. The coach will oversee recruiting, enforce academic support policies, team practice, competitions, scholarship issuance, compliance, statistic reporting, transfer of student-athletes, manage team budgets, team fundraising, equipment orders and inventory. The Head Coach will establish positive relationships within the department, campus, district, conference, alumni and community, and supports other teams and programs in the athletic department when applicable.
