**Dishwasher/Steward**
Bretton Woods Recreation Center is hiring experienced kitchen stewards. This position will aid in food preparation for events, help wash dishes and will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable experience. **Reports to**: Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine

**Supervises**:None

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Strong Communication skills.
- Must be flexible, positive, and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and focus on multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is a must. (The club does not have access to public transportation.)

**Essential Functions**
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment and safety procedures in the dish room.
- Knowledge and understanding of cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear required uniform.

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**
- Lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
- Repetitive motion.
