**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

In this role, you will be involved in driving high-impact strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives, aligned primarily to Rightway's healthcare navigation business line.

You will play a critical role in enabling and accelerating a range of opportunities across all stages, including initial pitch development, proposal drafting, solution scoping, contracting, and ongoing engagement, as well as coordinating cross-functional initiatives that support growth.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing activity across partnership types (e.g., brokers, TPAs, PEOs, captives) and developing insights to shape go-to-market strategies, prioritization, pricing, etc.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Evaluate partnership opportunities, develop positioning, and advance the business development process
- Support ongoing partnership enablement and engagement, in collaboration with the Implementation and Client Success teams
- Assist in the development of presentations, analytics, custom collateral, messaging, and process playbooks for partners to maximize engagement and impact (ROI etc.)
- Lead capabilities overviews / demos of the Rightway solution for prospects
- Plan and lead partner-facing presentations, such as webinars and trainings
- Serve as the quarterback on cross-functional projects to advance commercial and strategic priorities (e.g., accelerate growth, enable a new partner type, improve operational efficiencies)
- Optimize the partnerships strategy and planning process, including assessing new opportunities and managing revenue forecasts with Finance
- Support enterprise sales enablement initiatives and RFP requests requiring custom solution design
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce and provide status updates to leadership

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- 3-5 years in strategy, management or benefits consulting, business operations, or account management/client success
- A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree a bonus
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- Experience with Excel and Powerpoint: you're able to build presentations and perform data-driven analyses
- Comfort with ambiguity and an aptitude for developing solutions with a creative approach
- Ability to be a self-starter, influencing others, taking ownership, and driving activities with limited structure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including confidence in presenting externally
- Aptitude to engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders and manage competing priorities and timelines
- Commitment to a growth mindset to see challenges as opportunities and deep interest in learning
- Highly collaborative working style, with the ability to reach across lines, quickly appreciate alternative perspectives, and prioritize the best solution over winning
- Experience in healthcare / health tech / employee benefits industry a bonus, not required

**BASE SALARY: $110,000- 130,000**
