**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assume central ownership of marketing operations processes that include, but are not limited to:

- Product discontinuation
- Alternative product identification
- Product lifecycle management
- Demand forecasting
- Country specific product registration requests
- Develop process training content and reference resources for local process owners.
- Develop and communicate value messages for all levels of stakeholders in process execution across multiple corporate communication channels.
- Create, track, and report metrics for process execution and compliance.
- Assist in the development of BD Way of Marketing and GPDS training material. Contribute to logístical support and annual training calendar development.
- Assist in developing Product Lifecycle Management operating model enhancements as part of the BD 2025 Winning Portfolio strategy.

**Required knowledge and experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience with a minimum of 3 years in product and/or marketing management, preferably in a MedTech company
- Experience in executing marketing operations functions such as demand forecasting or product discontinuation.
- Minimum: bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- Ability to lead and influence without authority.
- Ability to effectively deliver messages and training to diverse audiences using a variety of communication channels.
- Experience managing projects that include multiple functional stakeholders.

**Travel requirement**:
Up to 15%
