WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO; we sell grocery products directly to independently owned supermarkets; chocolates, candies, croissants, canned foods, olive oils, pastries, cookies, beverages, salts & peppers, big BIG BRAND NAMES Ferrero Rocher for example. We visit about 20 supermarkets per day on the road and we work five days a week from 8:00AM - 4:00PM (off on the weekends).

A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for daily use are essential. We also prioritize attention to detail and punctuality—no excuses. Additionally, we provide thorough training on the four software platforms integral to our operations.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and relationship building
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Utilize Badger or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
