The Technical Sales Support Specialist works in close collaboration with the sales, support, engineering, sourcing, and logistics teams.

HIRING SALARY RANGE**:Base Salary** $100,000 - $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) **WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Provide project coordination and oversight, collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify appropriate solutions and define scope.
- Help customers to identify needs and offer solutions by soliciting feedback, evaluating data to suggest product improvements and modifications.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to research, develop, and propose modifications to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Work cross functionally with other departments and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the establishment and review of technical documentation, training, and other resources.

**WHAT WE REQUIRE**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in sales and/or product technology field
- Understanding of product/layout drawings and system schematics, including both mechanical and electrical functionality.
- Travel up to 50%
