The Sales Coordinator will handle seasonal sales materials and sample requests, process orders, and engage in customer service for in-house wholesale customers. They will provide analytical support for sales tracking, create ad-hoc reports, coordinate sales collateral, and assist with compiling all frontlist title data from across multiple departments. Delivering updates, ensuring product data is complete, assisting Sales Managers with sample requests and account presentations rounds out this key Sales position.

Employees at Galison follow a flexible hybrid schedule of working at least 3 days per week and up to 4 days per week in our New York City office, depending on project and business needs. Please note that this job description is not designed to cover all the activities required of the employee.

Hiring Salary Range - $26.93/hr - $27.89/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the expected salary for this position and will be determined by factors including but not limited to an applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for our profit share plan.

**Requirements**:
Applicants will need 2-4 years of experience in a related sales position/environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as competence with BI tools and CFM systems. They will also need the ability to travel for trade shows, a demonstrated proficiency in multi-project management, strong research and problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Effective presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a successful track record of working effectively with all levels within an organization are also required.
